Ellen C. Friedman is the founder of CommonSpark, a collective dedicated to reclaiming the Commons. She currently serves as project manager for the Commons Map Project. Prior to founding CommonSpark, Ellen worked as a professional counselor, wellness coach and wellness program developer. She earned a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at City University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology at University of Texas. Ellen is a nature mystic who found a home within Wicca in 1982. She is an Elder Priestess of the Unicorn Tradition. Ellen holds ministerial credentials through the Covenant of the Goddess and the Order of Universal Interfaith.
